and with companies offering capital investments or debt financing. Specific
projects have included:
- Teleconferencing
Software/Hardware Solution. Development of an OEM Reseller Agreement
to enable the bundling of teleconferencing applications with third party
products and services. Included finalization of End-User and Technology
Partner Agreements.
- Pharmaceutical
Data Agreement. Review of a data enhancement and "scrubbing"
services agreement for oncology target physician data for a pharmaceutical
company.
- Global
IT Service Partner Network. Negotiation of regional support and
service agreements with Dell Corporation and Cisco Systems, Inc. for
a regional IT service provider network (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico,
Puerto Rico and Venezuela) including, preparation of responses to RFPs
issued by multinationals such as BT/Concert, Oxy Petroleum and BBV (Spain).
- Healthcare
Software Application. Work with a software development team to distribute
a three tier client-server healthcare application for real-time patient
medical records capture including, negotiation of channel partner, technical
joint-development, strategic alliance and third party software license
agreements.
- Life
Science IPOs and PPMs. Preparation of private placement and public
offering documents for a company developing a human skin "bandage"
for patients with severe burns and other chronic illnesses, a manufacturer
of biotechnology test kits and a medical supply distributor.
- $15.5
Million Capital Raise for Healthcare Software Business. Identification
and "carve-out" of the assets of a healthcare software product
business from a hardware support and networking services company and
completion of an Offering Memorandum that resulted in a capital raise
of $15.5 million.
